DMCA Notice Policy

FastConvertTools respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Our Role

FastConvertTools provides automated file conversion tools. We are not responsible for the content users choose to convert. We process files temporarily and delete them within approximately one hour. We do not host user content for public distribution or indexing.

To File a DMCA Notice

If you believe material on or linked through our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with:

  • Your full name and contact information (address, phone, email)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The URL or sufficient detail to locate the allegedly infringing material
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Send notices to: dmca@fastconverttools.com

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including: identification of the material, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Florida if outside the U.S.), and your signature. We may restore material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate access for users we determine are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with our ability to identify users (we do not require accounts; enforcement may rely on technical measures available to us).
