By accessing or using FastConvertTools ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FastConvertTools provides free online file conversion tools for PDF, image, audio, and document formats. The Service is supported by advertising and is offered without charge to end users.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Upload illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content without proper rights
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse or overload the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the site or its underlying systems
  • Use the Service for commercial bulk processing beyond normal personal or business use

You are solely responsible for the files you upload and the consequences of converting them.

4. File Handling

  • Uploaded files are deleted within 1 hour of processing
  • We do not guarantee perfect conversion accuracy for every file type or source
  • Maximum file size limits apply per tool and may change without notice

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that converted files will meet your requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastConvertTools shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, conversion errors, or service interruptions. As a free service, our maximum liability is limited to $0.

7. Intellectual Property

Site design, branding, and original content are owned by FastConvertTools. Your uploaded files remain your property. You grant us a temporary license to process files solely to provide the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
